Exceptions to confidentiality include the following, and a report must be made to the appropriate official: if a patient has a communicable disease; if a patient presents a serious danger of physical violence to another person or when a patient is a danger to themselves; violations of The Patriot Act of 2001; suspicion of child abuse or elder abuse (general neglect, physical, emotional, mental or sexual); billing to your insurance as diagnosis, dates, and type of services is communicated.

Dr. Natalie is a Licensed Naturopathic Doctor and a Primary Care Provider in the States of California and New Mexico.

Many insurance companies provide reimbursement for Naturopathic medical services, and most HSA and FSA plans can be used to pay for services and supplements directly with a debit card. Dr. Natalie can bill most PPO insurance policies directly for bloodwork, urinalysis and some other specialty lab tests, however, you are responsible for making sure your policy will cover the desired tests. Dr. Natalie accepts cash, check and credit cards and full payment is due at the time of service. Dr. Natalie requires full payment ahead of time for brand new patient appointments, and a deposit which is equal to the cancellation fee for all other established patient appointments. You will be prompted to make your deposit or payment when scheduling here.
